How You Can Help To Stop Bullying!
Firstly respect others.
It can be really tempting to join in when a group of your friends is making fun of someone - but doing the right thing is rarely easy. Even if you don't join in when you see someone being bullied you are as bad as the bully:
Bullies like a reaction and this reaction will come from the crowd.
If you just stand there, the bullies may think that you approve of what they are doing.
And don't just walk away either!
Think- If you were in that position, you'd want someone to speak up. It doesn't matter who that person is. No one deserves to be the victim.
If you don't think you can confront the bully. Tell a responsible adult/teacher. Because the victim might not, they could be embarrassed to admit that they are being bullied.
Put yourself in the victims' shoes.
If you were being bullied you'd want help from your peers. So why should it be any different for another child?
Help others and if you are unfortunately in their position they will, no doubt, help you.
